Returns
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Certain items such as custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size or product was sent.
For exchange requests, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the product.
